Other operators and frankly - I just used my own - faster and more reliable 98% of the time. even just a few yrs ago I had to use phones for work purposes from. Sure there's been times (especially early on before they got low band spectrum) where coverage wasn't as consistent as others but overall the experience is just better. Honestly it's why I haven't switched to Mint Mobile - their lack of international support kills me - but all my immediate family is mint (tmo mvno). No other us provider has such a decent global roaming plan with actual partners that work. Soon as I had the chance to get back with t-mo I was done. I tried all the other operators after I left - they all were awful - VZW and Sprint stunk because you couldn't do voice and data at the same time - att was woeful at the time as they were slow to role out GSM so yuk. I stayed with through the mergers and ultimately left due to a poor Mgr who didn't want his people to advance themselves.
